The Oak Chips, Inc. Labor Day Sale begins: September 3, 2026 at 12:00 AM Eastern Time (ET) and ends on September 8, 2026 at 12:00 AM Eastern Time (ET).
Orders must be successfully submitted before the promotion ends to qualify.

Eligible Purchases
The Labor Day promotion applies to qualifying products purchased directly through the Oak Chips, Inc. online store during the promotional period. The offer is intended for online retail purchases and does not automatically apply to orders or pricing arranged directly through the Oak Chips, Inc. office or sales team.
Exclusions
The Labor Day Sale does not apply to:
- Orders placed before or after the promotional period
- Previous purchases
- Custom or custom-manufactured products
- Special quotations
- Negotiated customer pricing
- Wholesale or distributor pricing
- Contract pricing
- Commercial bulk orders quoted separately by Oak Chips, Inc.
- Taxes
- Shipping, expedited shipping, freight, or other service charges
- Products specifically identified as excluded from the promotion
Oak Chips, Inc. reserves the right to determine product and order eligibility for the promotion.
Maximum Discount
The maximum promotional discount available through promo code LABORDAY20 is $200 per order.
For example:
$250 qualifying purchase → $50 discount
$500 qualifying purchase → $100 discount
$1,000 qualifying purchase → $200 discount
$1,500 qualifying purchase → $200 maximum discount
Multiple orders may not be placed for the purpose of circumventing the promotional discount limit. Oak Chips, Inc. reserves the right to cancel, combine, or adjust orders that appear to be structured specifically to avoid promotional limitations.
Free Shipping
Oak Chips, Inc.'s standard free-shipping offer may still apply to qualifying orders during the Labor Day Sale.
Any applicable free-shipping threshold will be calculated based on the qualifying merchandise subtotal after promotional discounts are applied, unless otherwise stated.
Free shipping remains subject to Oak Chips, Inc.'s standard shipping policies, geographic limitations, carrier availability, and product restrictions. Additional charges may apply to expedited shipping, freight shipments, special handling, or other non-standard delivery requirements.
Combining Promotions
Promo code LABORDAY20 cannot be combined with other promotional codes, discounts, negotiated pricing, special pricing, wholesale pricing, distributor pricing, or other promotional offers unless specifically stated otherwise by Oak Chips, Inc.
Only one promotional code may be applied per order.
Returns & Refunds
Purchases made during the Labor Day Sale remain subject to Oak Chips, Inc.'s standard return, refund, cancellation, and order policies.
If a promotional item is eligible for return, any applicable refund will be based on the actual amount paid after the promotional discount was applied. Promotional discounts have no cash value and cannot be refunded, exchanged, or transferred.
Product Availability
All products and promotional purchases are subject to availability. The promotion does not guarantee product availability or inventory.
Oak Chips, Inc. reserves the right to limit quantities, cancel orders involving obvious pricing or technical errors, restrict promotional eligibility, or remove products from the promotion if necessary.
Promotion Changes
Oak Chips, Inc. reserves the right to modify, extend, suspend, or terminate the Labor Day promotion at its discretion in the event of inventory limitations, technical problems, pricing errors, fraud, misuse, or other circumstances affecting the proper administration of the promotion.
Valid orders successfully placed and accepted before any promotional change will generally remain subject to the terms in effect when the order was placed, except in cases involving obvious pricing, technical, or promotional errors.
